Aaron is Principal and Co-Owner at incite Design Studio and a leader in long-range educational and facility planning. Since joining iDS in 2013, he has guided district-wide planning initiatives that emphasize community engagement, data-driven decision-making, and thoughtful prioritization of long-term needs. His work supports school districts and communities as they navigate complex challenges and plan confidently for the future.

Known for his ability to listen, build trust, and present clear, indisputable data, Aaron helps district leaders make informed and often bold decisions. He believes deeply in the power of communities and plays a key role in helping districts earn board support, gain public trust, and deliver facilities that improve learning environments and opportunities for students.
