​Professional Experience:

Aaron leads our Educational Long Range Facility Planning team. The primary focus of this team is to assist districts in crafting comprehensive facility improvement plans. Each district and community is different and Aaron’s ability to customize an approach to best fit the goals and objectives of a district is one of his best attributes. Aaron becomes one with the staff at each school iDS works with. Whether it is in meetings with the administrators, setting up shop in the cafeteria so that teachers can come by on their planning period, or holding small group forums with students Aaron is going to get the pulse of what the users of each buildings are thinking. Aaron will engage your community in a way that invites them to be a part of the planning process thus creating ownership. When it comes time to pass a tax initiative, patrons will see the vote as just the next step in the process.
