incite Design Studio worked with the Carrollton R-VII School District to provide a valuable planning tool for future facility-related decision making for the district. The district provides education to approximately 850 students in kindergarten through twelfth grade. Facilities included, one Kindergarten–1st grade, one 2nd–6th grade, one 7th-12th grade, and one Career and Technical Education building. iDS completed analysis of all facilities and identified repairs, renovations, and possible additions to be made to the district. The facility master plan will set the course for capitol improvements and facility management initiatives to take place over the next ten years.

iDS recently completed building security upgrades and additions to consolidate the district to one campus. As well as additions and renovations to Carrollton High School, Middle School, Career Center, and Elementary School. The objective of the district upgrades is to improve safety, security, learning environments, building systems and facilities.

Additionally, iDS assisted the district in the design of a brand new track, along with approximately 500 seat bleachers and a concessions/restroom building. iDS provided a floor plan for the building but the district will be facilitating the construction of the project.
