incite Design Studio partnered with Maryville R-II School District on the successful renovation and addition of Eugene Field Elementary School in Maryville, Missouri. The project built upon a strong relationship established through previous collaborations, including the Maryville High School Performing Arts Center and Eugene Field Cafeteria Expansion.

Completed in phases to minimize disruption to students and staff, the project included the demolition of the former Early Childhood Center and the construction of a new two-story addition. The addition features a secure main entrance, expanded administrative offices, improved parking, and a redesigned bus loop that enhances student safety and campus circulation. Significant renovations to the original two-story building modernized learning environments throughout the school while thoughtfully balancing project goals and budget considerations.

Serving pre-kindergarten through fourth-grade students, the completed project transformed Eugene Field Elementary into a more functional, secure, and welcoming learning environment. Through close collaboration with district leadership and stakeholders, the project successfully addressed both current educational needs and future growth, reflecting a shared commitment to providing high-quality spaces that support student success for years to come.
