​Professional Experience:

Jeff comes to IDS with over 20 years of experience in finance and corporate real estate, including 15 years developing long-term real estate portfolio strategies at Bank of America and Sprint.  As a Senior Vice President at Bank of America, he designed and implemented a performance management framework and a five-year planning model used by their Corporate Real Estate department.  His efforts led to the consolidation of over 40 million square feet in five years, resulting in annual savings of over $1billion.  

​At iDS, Jeff created Siteline, an innovative technology developed to support the firm’s Long Range Facility Planning Services for school districts. This new technology, along with Jeff’s analytical and problem-solving skills is expected to give IDS a competitive edge in the delivery of comprehensive, high quality facility plans.
