Siteline™ is an innovative Facility Planning model developed in 2018 by Incite to support the long range planning process. It enables the collection and storage of critical data and leverages advanced geospatial mapping and dashboard tools to evaluate space effectiveness and efficiency.
Its powerful modeling capabilities allow for the development and comparison of multiple strategies, providing clear insight into implementation costs and how each option impacts portfolio performance over the next five to fifteen years. Siteline reports and dashboards will be accessible to the district through a secure, web-based portal managed by Incite.

In addition to his dedication to A4LE, Principal Aaron Harte is also one of only 3 ALEP professionals in the region. Aaron completed his ALEP certification in July of 2021, after months of classes and a rigorous interview process. Aaron achieved over 360 hours of continuing education in ten months. To put this commitment in perspective, as a licensed architect, Aaron is only required to received 30 hours of continuing education per year – this process exceeded that requirement by 12 times.
