​Professional Experience:

Patrick is a Co-Owner and Principal at incite Design Studio, where he helps lead the firm’s operations and long-term growth. His focus includes hiring and developing staff, coordinating firmwide standards across all studios and supporting a strong, connected culture. Patrick is deeply committed to ensuring iDS remains a family-centric, values-driven, and enjoyable place to work, while continuing to support the firm as it enters its next chapter of leadership and expansion.
